• "As a user of InstaHypeMe, you're automatically an Instahyper or simply put a hyper; you directly own all of the contents on your Account and also information you post/upload through any media such as Video, Audio, Photos/Pixs, Frames & Status(text) and SnapShots, et ce tera, which can be done by simply hypeing"
• "Users of InstaHypeMe should be clearly notified that in no way or manner will the administrator or agents sell, share or distribute users' data; and we try as much as possible to secure and manage users' data usage by simplifying user-content size for free and scallable actions & Operations."
• "Users' personal information that we collect such as names, address, place of residence, business plan, conversations and so on are secured by 'core-end HyperEncryption' in our database(Ihm); and in no way will we share the contents and information we collect about you to unspecified persons/personnels. This primarily means that your data transfer is and will be within the hyperVerse, and the endpoints of such data transfer are between You&Us. No personal information received will be sold; that is, we will not sell your personal information/plans or vital contents of your renowed profile to anyone for any purpose/reason, as this will strongly be against our code of conducts!"

• "Our revolt platform [InstahypeMe] and its components are offered for various purposes such as information, communication, advertising, education, global updates, and many more which can be accessed via the Globe. Therefore, It shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of an information transmitted or made available via the platform, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in the information that was passed on the designated platform(s) via the hyper(s)."


• "IhypeMe will not be liable or responsible for misinformation sent by a hyper to other hyper-users via pictures, animations, videos, audios, texts or other tools available provided by the platform, which could result into unknown issues or otherwise as the case may be. Hypers should hereby help modify IhypeMe and also help prevent these risks by managing privacy through careful hyper activities which could facilitate "addition of members" into their HypeMe Account or iProfile as Friends."


• "We believe that cordial relationship must be created among users / Our hypers, and between the Administrator and the so called users; So if there is any infringement or in simple statements: whosoever that has his/her rights infringed upon should make his/her comments about such available in the designated Help Reach Centre. Therefore, having given us an impression we shall be ready to be of assistance to tackle the problem as now designated as a Case, with the aid of Ihype Standby Operatives(HS)."

• "IhypeMe has the possibility of being compensated for endorsements, but we still take your reputation and credibility very seriously, and only endorse products that we have personally tried and researched. Our hypers should also be strictly aware that the term 'endorsements' do not mean or fall under our criteria of Paid Advertising for a Hype, which takes the form of the marker or indication 'iPromoted' as this is a separat concept. When we possibly endorse, it means that Ihype has done a complete home work study or research of the entity we're partnering with, and iPromotion is more based on 'Algo Automation', which concludes that if you see any marker of such, we understand that it best suits you and there's also liberty to remove such from your View. We'll never undergo operations that or will violate the Ethical Standards we strived so hard to lay down. You can be rest assured, hyper!"

• "We'll not take it likely with hypers not following our guidelines concerning safekeeping of their personal information. Only you have the right to show contents you prefer. But do know that when you share personal data with unauthorised or third-party personnel(maybe staffs or a claimer) that we do not trust, your account's state is now up to us and if we try all available procedures to get it back and right for you but to no avail, it automatically becomes temporarily unhyped on our HyperBase(Database), in simple terms, gets blocked!"


• "Hypers should try to understand our level of hyper-security, as core data-security as well as core end-encryption was used in creating the platform, just for you. So a Registered/valid Mobile Number and exact entry of nationality or region, and other data entries should be carefully entered, selected or chosen, as IhypeMe will need some of these information when issues arise with your hypeMe Account."

There are distinguishly three Main Components of IhypeMe, namely:
The Welcome User Interface: This is the section that greets a user or Hyperwannabe on their first visit, or the moment they open our App for the first time.
